Global Forum is a 70-acre mixed use development in Gwinnett County. The property is located on Buford Hwy, one mile north of I-285 in Doraville. The development will include apartments, 300 townhomes, and over 80,000 square feet of retail space which is set to open in the Fall of 2006. This notable project was the first zoned Mixed Use Redevelopment (MUR) in Gwinnett County.

The Reserve at Ivy Creek is a townhome community that consists of 115-2 to 3 bedroom units. The development is adjacent to the Mall of Georgia, which is the largest shopping mall in the Southeast.  The project was sold to Venture Homes in the winter of 2005.
